Magpul PMag 30 Circular AR 15 Polymer Magazine
The Magpul Compact/Type Restricted (CTR for small) is another one of the Magpul stock products. The stock might be a little weightier than other stock available, but at. 57lbs, I do not think you're going to have to invest any additional time at the gymnasium bulking up because of this matter. The CTR is a simple drop-in replacement the typical stocks. So, if you do decide to obtain it, only throw it on and move. The CTR, like every one of the different PMAG rebuild kit. Is available for both commercial-spec and mil-spec tubes. Speaking of, does anybody know why they make 2 different diameters? Just appears to do nothing besides confuse people. Anyhow, The CTR has a structured A-frame style. That A-frame looks perfect for preventing snags which always seems to occur. The release latch to regulate the stock forward and aft is protected by the design, unlike the conventional carbine stocks. This may prevent inadvertent activation.
A friction lock is featured by this stock, and I think all of the Magpul stocks,. Today, this friction lock basically eliminates the issue that's plagues almost all variable stock on the mark. It stops the move. So, this stock seems very good quality and very sturdy. Therefore, because this friction lock prevents wobble you might argue that it will improve accuracy. Today, it may very well, but not to a degree. Therefore, don't expect to be converted into a sniper but purchase the CTR Magpul stock. You will need the PRS to try this, haha. The high level polymers which are used to manufacture this stock allow it to be very strong and this stock will set up with a lot more abuse than the normal stock. I am unsure what magazine rebuild kits does to their parts, but they emerge with a smile and are extremely sturdy and can good lick. The stock also comes with a rubber recoil pad. This mat is probably more for extra traction than recoil decrease, but in any event it is a good feature. The one thing that you could be picky about may be the added weight. But, for one thing, it's not that heavy. Two, with added fat comes added durability. This stock is extremely highly recommended for anybody that has an AR at their disposal.
